Professional Learning
Professional learning is a dynamic component of student achievement and teacher development. Teachers participate in professional learning opportunities to learn updated strategies and content matter as well as to fine tune their existing skills within the classroom. Continuous learning and improvement is a lifelong goal for educators.

Professional learning opportunities are offered in a wide variety of formats, subject areas and skill sets. Collaboration with NWGA RESA allows for networking with colleagues in neighboring systems in order to pool resources and talents.

Floyd County Schools provide supports and resources to aid teachers with the tools they need to teach today's learner.
